The reality

Growth doesn't stall for lack of effort. It stalls for lack of architecture.

Past a certain stage, revenue can't be run on instinct: it needs a proven system, and someone to hold it. Here are the situations I see, and fix, most often:

A choppy pipeline

Numbers depend on heroes and good months, not a predictable system.

Marketing and sales misaligned

Two teams, two goals, leads lost in between.

Growth rests on the founder

You still carry the closing and the strategic calls.

A full-time CRO isn't justifiable

You need the seniority, not (yet) the full-time C-level cost.

The most underestimated

Dashboards everywhere, data that lies

Many leaders ask for dashboards without realising how broken their data is: poorly structured, poorly maintained, for lack of vision and rigour. So decisions rest on sand. Realigning the data is part of the job, to finally steer on reliable numbers.

Services

Two ways to work together

Depending on whether you need someone to own execution, or to sharpen the decision.

The method

The ADAM method. Anything but magic.

The only trick is that there's no trick.

Take away the flourish and what's left is the method: Assess, De-risk, Align, Maximise. A.D.A.M, like my first name. A system proven in the field, adapted to your context, not a one-size-fits-all trick.

A

Assess

Map the revenue system: pipeline, funnel, pricing, CRM, friction points. I identify what works, what doesn't, what's been tested and what never has, across people, process and tools, before touching anything.

D

De-risk

Stabilise the pipeline, protect existing revenue and stop the leaks. A reliable base before accelerating.

A

Align

Put marketing, sales and partnerships behind one goal. CRM, data, pricing, process and reporting brought back into coherence, to decide on reliable numbers.

M

Maximise

Open new levers (markets, outbound, team ramp-up) on healthy, measurable foundations.

My conviction

AI once the fundamentals are in place. Not before.

AI is a tool, not a magic wand. It can play at every level of the revenue machine: dashboards, data, prospecting, process, decision support. I guide my clients on that whole picture and put it to work where it truly creates value. On one condition: sound fundamentals first. Accelerate before that and you just hit the wall faster; once the engine is solid, it becomes a real multiplier.

Who for

Whether you're lost, or don't yet know it

From the inside, you can't see your own blind spots. My job is to surface them and fix them, wherever you're starting from.

01

You know where it's stuck

The revenue problem is identified. You just need someone to take it on and execute.

02

You sense it's stuck

Something's blocking the revenue machine, without you being able to pin it down yet.

03

You don't know it yet

Everything seems fine. But blind spots are already slowing growth, invisible when you're inside the engine.

FAQ

Frequently asked

What is a Fractional CRO, exactly?

Shared-time revenue leadership: I hold the CRO role 1 to 3 days a week, embedded in your team and accountable for results, without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

Fractional or Sparring: how do I choose?

The Fractional CRO commits to results, alongside your teams. The Sparring Partner works at board level, to frame and challenge strategy. We pick based on the intensity you need.

How long is the engagement?

Fractional engagements run over time (often a few quarters) with clear objectives. Sparring is more flexible, in recurring sessions. We frame everything in the first conversation.

Which sectors do you work in?

B2B Tech, SaaS and services above all, from scale-ups to mid-market groups — including LBO-backed companies with fund targets to hit. In France and internationally, 10 markets covered to date.

How does a collaboration start?

A first conversation to qualify the need and your current revenue architecture. If it's a fit, I propose an engagement frame and a concrete starting point within a few days.
